Sponsor the Band

The San Clemente Scots Drums and Pipes is a traditional Scottish bagpipe band located in South Orange County, California.  The band was founded in 1997 to promote and celebrate our community's Scottish heritage.  We currently have 18 playing members and many students of all ages taking lessons at our practice facility at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in San Juan Capistrano every Thursday evening.  The band is very busy throughout the year playing local community events and Highland Game competitions throughout the state.  Currently the band is in a Sponsorship Drive to raise money for new uniforms, drums and travel expenses to compete in the World Bagpipe Championships held in Glasgow, Scotland every August.  We are currently a 501-C non-profit organization and welcome your contribution.

Currently we have many levels of sponsorship available.  

• Private- $250.00 donation.  This entitles you to on band shirt, and recognition in band program and public advertisement.

• Private- $500.00 donation.  Includes the above plus two tickets to the Highland Games in Costa Mesa, CA. on Saturday Memorial Day weekend 2003, and two reserved seats at our annual band concert.

• Private- $750.00 donation.  You receive all of the above plus two reserved seats at our annual black tie Robert Burns Celebration and Dinner.  

• Corporate- $2000.00 donation.  This entitles you to the full package mentioned above plus your name in our brochure, on our parade banner and bass drum head, and a special private performance of a solo piper.

Your participation in the life of the Band and help in preserving Scottish heritage in our local area is greatly appreciated.
